When you call the after-sales service,
quote your product number (E no.) and
the production number (FD no.) of your
appliance.
You will find this information on the

Possible cause
The condensation
water plugs are not in
the correct position.
The transport locks
were not removed
The chest lid is being
opened frequently.
Remedy
Insert the condensation water plugs
correctly on the floor of the
appliance and on the front of the
appliance.
Remove all four transport locks,
figure # (see section "Installing the
appliance").
Do not open the lid unnecessarily.
