MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN THE RIM OF THE FILTER TO
REMOVE EXCESS COFFEE. STRAY GRAINS AROUND
THE RIM WILL COMPROMISE THE SEAL BETWEEN
FILTER HOLDER AND BREWHEAD AND MAY LEAK.
For best results grind your own beans in a Dualit coffee
grinder. If you are using pre-ground beans ensure they are
suitable for espresso machines.
1. Prepare the machine as shown on pages 16–17.
2. Select the appropriate sized filter (17), (18) or (19)
depending on whether you are making one: espresso,
a double or two singles. Make sure it's dry.
3. Snap it into place in the filter holder (7).
