TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTIONS
A humid environment contributes to moisture buildup.
Allows humid air to enter the refrigerator. Minimize
door openings
and close doors completely.
Move food packages away from door.
Push bin or shelf back into the correct position.
This adds humidity to the refrigerator interior. Keep all
containers tightly covered.
Minimize drawer openings and close drawer
completely after use.
Ensure door seals are making full contact with the
refrigerator cabinet to allow for an adequate seal.
See "Using the Control(s)" for recommended
temperature settings.
SOLUTIONS
Connect refrigerator to water supply and turn water shut-off
valve to fully open.
A kink in the line can reduce water flow. Straighten the water
source line.
Make sure the ice maker is on. See the "Ice Maker and Storage
Bin" section.
Wait 24 hours after ice maker installation for ice production to
begin. Wait 3 days for full ice production.
Close the door firmly. If it does not close completely, see "The
doors will not close completely" in this table.
Allow sufficient time for ice maker to produce more ice. See the
"Ice Maker and Storage Bin" section for ice production rates.
Remove ice from the ice maker with a plastic utensil.
Remove the water filter and operate the ice maker. If ice volume
improves, then the filter may be clogged or incorrectly installed.
Replace filter or reinstall it correctly.
This can decrease water pressure. See the "Water Supply
Requirements" section.
Turn the water shut-off valve fully open.
A kink in the line can reduce water flow. Straighten the water
source line.
Remove filter and operate ice maker. If ice quality improves, then
