If the boat is pulled to the dock during the winter
With the boat out of the water, open the sea water intake, to permit all the water to drain out of the system.
- Open the sea-water strainer; remove, empty and clean its basin;
- Loosen the screws on the pump head to allow the water to drain from the pump and from the water
line between the pump and strainer;
- Close the ball valve.
- When the boat is kept in the sea (after winter):
- Partially open the ball valve in order to fit water circuit until pump level;
- Tight the screws on the pump head;
- When the pump is primed, fully open the ball valve;
- Follow the AC unit start-up instructions in this manual.
