1. Akku aufl aden:
– Tracker ggf. aus dem Armband herausnehmen
– USB-Kabel an Micro-USB-Eingang am Tracker
anschließen
– USB-Stecker an USB-Buchse des Computers oder
eines passenden Adapters anschließen, der Akku
wird aufgeladen
– Tracker anschließend wieder in das Armband oder
den Anhänger einsetzen
2. App herunterladen und installieren:
– QR-Code auf der Verpackung scannen oder
– App Store (iOS) oder Play Store (Android) öffnen
und nach FlagFit suchen
– App auf dem Smartphone installieren
3. Tracker einschalten:
– Bedienfeld für ca. 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten
– der Tracker vibriert und schaltet sich ein
4. App mit Armband verbinden / Synchronisation:
– Bluetooth
auf dem Smartphone anschalten

– App FlagFit öffnen
– Tracker (angezeigt als TLW08) verbindet sich mit
der App
5. Profi l erstellen:
– nachdem die App geöffnet wurde, Folgendes
eingeben: Geschlecht,
Körpergewicht und Schrittziel
6. Tracker: Funktionen und Einstellungen:
– Bedienfeld
drücken, um Display zu aktivieren
– folgende Anzeigen erscheinen auf dem Display
durch mehrfaches Drücken des Bedienfeldes
Zeit, Datum,
Akkustand
Schrittzähler (STEP)
Distanzzähler (km)
7. Schlafmodus:
– der Tracker zeichnet den Schlafverlauf automatisch
auf
– in der App kann der Schlafverlauf unter „Schlaf"
(einmal nach links wischen) eingesehen werden
8. Weitere Funktionen (siehe vollständige Anlei-

– Wecker einstellen
– Anruf- / SMS-Erinnerung,

1. Charge up the battery:
– Remove the tracker from the wristband if necessary
– Connect the USB cable to the Micro USB input on
the tracker
– Connect the USB connector to the USB socket of
the computer or a suitable adapter, the battery is
charged
– Then insert the tracker back into the wristband or
the tag
2. Download and install the app:
– Scan the QR code on the packaging or
– Open the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
and search for FlagFit
– Install the app on the smartphone
3. Switch on the tracker:
– Keep the control panel pressed down for around 5
seconds
– The tracker vibrates and switches on
4. Connect the app to the wristband / synchronisa-
tion:
– Switch on Bluetooth
– Open the app FlagFit
– Tracker (displayed as TLW08) connects to the app
5. Create profi le:
– Once the app has been opened, enter the following:
gender, age, height, body weight and step target
6. Tracker: functions and settings:
– Press the control panel
– The following information appears on the display
when you press the control panel repeatedly

Time, date, battery
status
Step counter (STEP)
Distance counter
(km)
7. Sleep mode:
– The tracker automatically records the sleep pattern
– In the app, the sleep pattern can be viewed under
"Sleep" (swipe to the left once)
8. Other functions (see full instructions):
– Set alarm
– Call / SMS reminder, app notifi cation reminder
– Exercise reminder
– Find tracker
– Link to health data (e.g. health or similar)
