Commissioning
In order to avoid contamination when transferring pumps and
accessories must be carefully cleaned.
> Ensure that the supply voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the
name plate.
> Always check the power supply cable for damage before starting operation.
> Keep liquid away from the power supply cable.
> Connect hose and filling unit safely with the pump.
Power supply must include a fault current breaker.
Dirt accumulation, high humidity or material damage on the
motor housing may lead to dangerous current surges.
Never leave the pump unattended.
Do not expose the pump to the weather.
Never store the pump in areas in which corrosive vapours exist.
Avoid dry running.
Clean pump after every operation.
Only use the pump for its intended purpose.
The pump has to be stored in a vertical position.
The pump should not be immersed deeper into the liquid than the
outlet connection.
Install the pump in a way which ensures that it cannot fall into the
container.
Only use the pump up to max. 45°C (PP) or 60°C (PVDF and S)
liquid temperature.
The pump should only be left standing in the liquid as long as in
operation.
Only use the pump with a suitable discharge hose.
Ensure that the hose is securely fixed to the hosetail.
Regularly check the hose and connections to ensure safe
operation.
Follow internal instructions.
Wear protective clothing
(face and breathing protection, protective gloves, etc.)
