Periodic maintenance

WARNING

the machine.
Machine efficiency is provided by its correct maintenance; it is
therefore important to follow the instructions below.
Wear protective, heat-proof gloves before carrying out any kind
of maintenance.
Body parts cleaning
Clean all body parts with a non-dripping, damp cloth. Avoid using
abrasive detergents or sponges.
Daily cleaning of parts in contact with coffee
Remove portafilter (9 Pic.2) from group head and filter from portafilter
every evening or before turning off the machine.
Clean all these parts with the brush (current machine accessory) in
order to avoid encrusting on external and internal surfaces.
Remove and properly clean the drip tray (3 Pic.2) and its grill.
