Procedure
Remove packaging and place directly
on the low rack. No standing time is
required.
Please use potatoes with a similar size
of approx. 230g. Pierce each potato in
several places and place towards the
edge of the turntable. Turn over and
re-arrange halfway through cooking.
Stand for 3 - 5 minutes before serving.
Cut the meat into small strips and
place it in a fl an dish. Use vented
microwave cling fi lm or a suitable.
Place in a single layer in a fl an dish.
Use vented microwave cling fi lm or a
suitable lid to cover.
Cut, chop or slice fresh vegetables
into evenly sized pieces. Place the
fresh vegetables in a suitable con-
tainer. Place on the turntable. Add the
required amount of water (1 tbsp per
100 g). Cover with a lid. Sir after cook-
ing and let the food stand for approx.
2 minutes.
240ml Place the cup(s) on the turntable and
480ml stir after heating.

Water Place pasta in an appropriate sized
450 ml bowl and add the water. Do not cover.
800 ml Place the bowl in the centre of the
1200 ml turntable.
After cooking, stir well and stand for 2
minutes before draining.
Place the popcorn bag directly on the
turntable
