Maximum sawing depth
The maximum sawing depth is adjusted at the
factory. Check that the blade does not extend
more than 5 mm under the saw table insert
and that it does not touch the control arm or
any part of the base or saw table. Follow the
instructions below if the maximum sawing
depth needs to be adjusted.
•
Undo the screws holding the stop plate (2).
•
Move down the saw head so that the
blade extends 5 mm below the saw table
insert.
•
Adjust the stop plate so that it rest against
the end of the depth screw (1) when the
screw is screwed to its highest position.
•
Check the sawing depth by moving the
saw head along the full path for a normal
cut. Adjust the setting if the blade touches
the inside of the control arm.
LINE LASER

the laser unit – risk of serious personal
injury. Repairs should be carried out by
qualified personnel or an authorised
service centre.

Never insert the battery until the
product has been correctly assembled
and adjusted.
The product has a line laser in laser class 3.
The laser beam shows the sawing line on the
workpiece before the sawing starts. The laser
runs on 2 x 1.5 V AAA batteries.

Switch on the laser beam by moving the
selector (1) to ON.

Switch off the laser beam by moving the
selector to OFF.
3.
When the switch is ON a red laser beam
goes on. Do not look into the laser beam.
Switch off the product and pull out the
plug before adjusting.
NOTE:
The line laser is set at the factory. The line
laser is calibrated and projects to the right of
the blade.
