Insufficient flow or not
enough water filled.
The product starts, but
soon stops.
Contaminated water has
caused clogging, which reduces
the pump capacity of the
product.
Hose/pipe/filter is blocked.
Hose/pipe damaged.
The suction tube has been
squeezed together by the
suction pressure.
Air in the product, which has
not been correctly filled with
water.
The inlet opening should be at
least 10 cm below the surface
of the water.
The suction tube or its
connection is not tight.
The product or tube is blocked.
The overheating protection
has switched off the product
because the ambient
temperature or temperature of
the water is too hot.
The impeller is damaged.
Clean the filter and replace any
damaged or worn parts (for example
impeller).
Clean the hose/pipe/filter.
Replace the tube.
Replace the hose or tube with a more
suitable type.
Fill the product full of water.
Check that the depth of the water is
sufficient, the inlet opening should
be at least 10 cm below the surface of
the water.
Replace or seal the suction tube and
its connection.
Clear the product and/or tube.
The maximum temperature of the
water/air is 35°C. The product can be
started again when it has cooled.
