TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Problem
The LCD display is blank.
Standby is shown on the
LCD display.

Possible cause
No power supply.
Electrical fault on the product.
The pressure in the outlet tube
is higher than the product's
start pressure.
The lifting height is too high for
the set start pressure.
The product is in standby mode.
The product has been switched
off automatically by the run
dry protection after 30 seconds
without water.
The product has switched off
automatically after it has been
started and stopped too many
times as a result of leaking in
the outlet tube.
The product has started and
stopped many times as a result
of a blockage or leakage caused
by a defective non-return valve.
The mechanical seal has
fastened.
Proposed action
Check the power cord, plug, power
point and fuse. Reconnect the power
supply.
Contact a qualified service technician.
Open the tap to lower the pressure
in the outlet tube until the product
starts.
Adjust the start pressure from the
control panel.
Press the OK button and then press
the OK button again when the
prompt is shown. The product returns
to run mode.
Check if there is an air leak in the
suction tube and if the outlet valve is
open. 'Fill the pump and inlet tube
with water and press the OK button.
Press the OK button again to start the
product.
Check and seal the outlet tube and its
connections.
Check the non-return valve. Fit a non-
return valve on the suction tube, if
necessary. It is strongly recommended
to fit a filter on the suction tube.
The mechanical seal can fasten if the
product has not been used for some
time. Switch off the product, pull out
the plug, and wait until the product
has cooled. Turn the axle with a
screwdriver in the slot on the end to
release the seal. The pump can then
be started.
