6 – GUARANTEE

The Manufacturer guaranties the conformity of supplied goods to agreed
specifications. The guarantee covering faults is limited to production defects and
raw materials: it does not include wear and tear, oxidation, damages caused by
improper use and/or during competition, no correct maintenance, transport, storage,

etc.; it decays immediately in case of modifications or alterations of the product.
Validity corresponds to the legal guarantee of the country in which the product was
sold (max 3 years) and shall be effective from the selling date by the Manufacturer.

No claims may be lodged against the Manufacturer after such term has elapsed.
Any request of reparation must be accompanied by documentary evidence of the
date of purchase. If the defect is recognized, the Manufacturer, at its only discretion,
will repair or replace or refund the product. In no case the Manufacturer's liability will

exceed to the invoiced price.
7 – SPECIFIC INFORMATION
The KOSMOS helmet (fig. 1) is a class II personal protective equipment (Directive
89/686/EEC), complying with the following requirements:
