The EK01B...L-(H) light oil burner is
designed to run on extra-light heating oil.
The burner conforms to EN 267 in
terms of both design and function.
Assembly, startup and maintenance
must only be carried out by authorised
service technicians, observing current
guidelines, directives and
specifications.
Description of burner
The EK01B...L-(H) fuel oil burner is a
single-stage burner with fully-automatic
functioning and integral configuration.
Its performance range makes it suitable
for use with EN 303-compliant heat
generators, or with warm-air heating
systems conforming with DIN 4794,
DIN 30697 or EN 621.

Installation place
The burner must not be used in any
area containing corrosive fumes (e.g.
hairspray, tetrachloroethylene, carbon
tetrachloride); large amounts of dust or
a high level of air humidity (e.g. in
laundry rooms). Ensure that the site is
equipped with a ventilation inlet of at

Unauthorised use
Incorrect assembly or startup on the
part of either the purchaser or a third
party. This includes the fitting of
non-genuine parts.
Handover and operating instructions
The installer of the firing system must
provide the user with instructions on the
operation and maintenance no later
than at the moment in which the unit is
handed over for use.
These instructions should be displayed
in a prominent location at the point of
installation of the heating unit, and
should include the address and
telephone number of the nearest
customer service centre.
Advice to the user
Have the unit professionally serviced at
least once a year. It is strongly
recommended to enter into a
maintenance contract in order to
ensure trouble-free running.
