Working Instructions

For drilling, release the lock of the feed handle 5 (see
the operating instructions of the drill stand).
Start the drilling with half speed (on/off switch in the
1/2 position ) until the core drill bit rotates vibration-
free in the material. Continue to drill with full speed
(on/off switch in the I position).
Drill with uniform pressure. Do not overload the ma-
chine. Check with the control lamp 19.
Overload Clutch
If the drill bit becomes jammed or caught, the drive to
the drill spindle is interrupted. In this case, switch off
the machine and free the drill bit.

Blinking Light
The machine is working in the
overload range.
Reduce the application pressure.
If the application pressure is not
reduced, the electronics reduces
the speed.
Relieve the load on the machine
or switch off and sharpen the drill
bit, if necessary.
Continuous light
Replacement
brushes is necessary.

centre can perform this work
quickly and reliably.

Removing the Drill Core
Allow the water to continue to run briefly after drilling to
flush the drilling sludge from between the drill bit and
the drilling core.
If the drilling core is stuck firmly in the drill bit, tap the
drill bit with a piece of soft wood or plastic to loosen
the drilling core. If necessary, press out the drilling
core by sticking a rod into the drill bit.
Do not strike the drill bit with hard objects (dan-
ger of deformation)!
