Foreman Ductable Dual Fuel Indirect-Fired Heater
Safety System
High Temperature Control: The heater is equipped with a high temperature switch designed to turn the heater off if the
internal temperature reaches an unsafe level. This is a manual reset design.
Air Pressure Switch: This component ensures that the burner's fan motor is operating at the proper speed to ensure a
safe start up before ignition occurs.
Flame sensor: Used with the ignition control, it proves that burner flame is established and keeps the burner in opera-
tion as long as there is a call for heat.
Moving/Transporting the Heater
WARNING: NEVER transport the heater while it is standing on its end (CI230).
Securing the heater onto a trailer or a flat bed
• CI230 - Place one solid block under each side of the heater frame.
• CI500/750 - Place one solid block under each forklift channel of each side of the heater frame.
• Ensure the block are large enough so it will prevent any downward pressure onto the wheels when strapping the
heater to the trailer.
• Secure the straps to the lowest point on the heater frame.
• DO NOT use the heater's handle as a point of securing the heater to the trailer.
CI500 / CI750 ONLY

forks here, ensuring both pass
completely through the channels.
