Faults on the T 65 basic ULTRA-TURRAX
Cause
Power supply failure
Stand not in position
(if the stand safety limit
switch is connected)
Overload
If none of these causes was the cause of the problem, a fault other than those described must have occurred and the
unit must be checked by an authorized person.
Error codes T 65 digital ULTRA-TURRAX
In the event of a malfunction during operation, proceed as follows:
- Switch off the device at the power switch (A).
- Carry out corrective measures.
- Restart the device.
All error codes are displayed with the display "trip" i.e. it appears alternately "trip" and the corresponding error code.

Note: High-frequency noises during operation of the T 65 digital ULTRA-TURRAX

Note: The green and red LEDs around the "Speed setting" rotary knob (E) are not relevant to the T 65 digital ULTRA-TURRAX
Any faults are shown exclusively on the display (F).
Note: If any error codes other than those listed above appear on the display please switch the unit off and on again at the main
switch (A). If the error code persists please contact the IKA Service Department.
If the actions described fail to resolve the fault or another error code is displayed then take one of the following steps:
- Contact the IKA service department
- Send the device for repair, including a short description of the fault.

Effect
The unit cannot be switched on at the main
switch.
The equipment has switched itself off.

Effect Solution
Device off Reduce the load by reducing the speed.
Overloads are especially liable to occur with high-viscosity media and at
high speeds.
Device off Switch the unit off and allow it to cool down, try reducing the load or the
operating cycle.

If this error appears even when idling with no load, the frequency inverter
is defective. Consult the Service Engineer.
Device off Check the mains power cable values and the power supply.

authorized personnel.
