Replacing the AC fuse

DANGER! Electrocution hazard
Disconnect the power supply and the connection cable before you
replace the device fuse.
1. Disconnect the power supply to the device.
2. Pull off the connection cable.
3. Pry out the fuse insert (fig. 4 2, page 4) with a screwdriver.
4. Replace the defective glass fuse with a new fuse of the same type and rating
(4 A, 250 V).
5. Press the fuse insert back into the housing.
6. Reconnect the power supply to the device.

Replacing the DC connection cable fuse

1. Disconnect the power supply from the cooling box.
2. Remove the protective cover (fig. 9 2, page 7).
3. Replace the defective fuse (fig. 9 1, page 7) with a new fuse of the same type
and rating (Automotive standard blade fuse, 10 A).
4. Refit the protective cover.
5. Reconnect the power supply to the cooling box.

NOTE – Internal DC fuse
There is an additional DC fuse inside the device (Automotive standard
blade fuse, 10 A). This fuse can only be replaced by an authorised repair
centre.

Replacing the light PCB

1. Disconnect the power supply to the device.
2. Pry out the transparent cover with a screwdriver (fig. 0 1, page 7).
3. Unscrew the PCB mounting screws (fig. 0 2, page 7).
4. Pull out the plug from the PCB (fig. 0 3, page 7).
5. Replace the defective light PCB with a new one.
6. Fit new PCB using reverse of removal instructions.
7. Press the transparent cover back into the housing.
8. Reconnect the power supply to the device.
