Introduction

09.01 How does the whirlpool system work?
(Michigan, Ontario, Winnipeg, Nevada)
Hydromassage system creates a closed circulation. Water
is sucken in and driven by pumps, then send to massage
nozzle inside the pool.
09.02 How the air system works
(NE  V ADA)
GB
The air sucked in by the blower is carried along the air pipes
located underneath the whirlpool and through the jets on
the bottom into the whirlpool, which is fi lled with water.

Connecting to the mains power supply
and fi rst use
It is possible for the pool to be turned on without any water
or with insuffi cient water level. In such a situation the pool
mode of stimulation will not be conducted correctly - the
sensors will not detect adequate fl ow or too high heater
temperature - the device turns off automatically. The display
will inform about one of the mistakes from the group Heater-
Related Messages (Manual 133764 - section 02.02). To
reset the device simply press any button on the control
panel.
Empty pool can be also turned on in preset fi ltering mode
(11 cycles of water fi ltration and ozonation) - in this case,
the device will turn off automatically after a certain period
of time. The display will inform about one of the mistakes
from the group Heater-Related Messages (Manual 133764
- section 02.02). To reset the device simply press any button
on the control panel.
Considering the above and regarding negative impact of
pump "dry work" which may lead to its breakage, you should
avoid situation when the improperly fi lled pool is connected
to electrical network.
Warning: Do not turn on pump if the water
level isn't at least 20 mm over the jets.

10.01 Energy mode

When the whirlpool is switched on, a sequence of messag-
es appears on the main display, determined by the confi gu-
ration of the whirlpool control unit.
As soon as the symbol
water pump must be started by pressing the (JETS) button.
If water does not begin to fl ow through the jets within two
minutes of switching it on, or if the water jet is irregular, the
(JETS) button should be pressed again to switch it off and on
again. This process pumps out any remaining air in the PVC
pipes or water pump. If the whirlpool is fi tted with a circulation
pump, this can be started in energy mode by pressing the
LIGHT button. This process also helps to improve functioning.
Energy mode should not be used for longer than fi ve min-
utes.
After you have checked that there is no more air in the
pump, energy mode can be switched off: (by pressing the
TEMP button for the Michigan, Ontario and Winnipeg pools,
or the TEMP PLUS or TEMP MINUS button for the Nevada
pool). It takes the system about two minutes to show the
exact water temperature on the display. Until then, you can
see
or
on the display.
Warning:
Under no circumstances you should
allow the hydro pump to operate for more
than 2 minutes if the simulation mode is
not conducted properly. This can lead to
overheating or damage to the water pump.
When energy mode is ended, the factory-set operating
mode with the two-hour fi ltration cycle comes on. This be-
gins at 20:00 hrs according to the time shown on the display.
To ensure optimum performance from your whirlpool, you
should set the correct time as soon as possible (Operating
Instruction 133764 - Section 01.05). The start time and du-
ration of the fi ltration cycle can be set by the user. (Operat-
ing Instruction 133764 - Section 01.07).
Every time the whirlpool is disconnected from the power
supply, it will go into energy mode when it is switched on
again and then revert to the factory settings. In normal use,
the power supply should be constantly connected.
If there is a lengthy power cut, the time that you have set
will not be saved. The system will continue to function and
your user settings will be saved, but the time will be reset to
12.00 hrs. To make sure that the fi ltration cycles start at the
times you have specifi ed, the correct time should be set as
soon as possible (Operating Instruction 133764 - Section
01.05). Alternatively, you can just start the whirlpool again
at 12.00 hrs.
