Trial run and leakage test

After preforming steps deskribed in section 03 start test
run. For this step the pool should be cleaned and fi lled with
water to level above the nozzle ( temperature 38˚C) and
then turn on the hydromassage system of the pool. After
approximately one hour check the tightness of pipes and
fi ttings. Test run is carried out in accordance with Section
10.01 - mode of stimulation.

Whirlpool cladding

Complete the whirlpool cladding after the trial run.
It is possible to fi t your own cladding. In such a case, the
following manufacturer's instructions must be observed.
1. All systems of conduits and components of the system
initially installed in the whirlpool and the ones installed
at the factory must rest freely behind the walling.

2. The displayed system components, fi rst of all the fan
side of the pump, should be protected against dirt
by covering them.
3. Fit the cladding in such a way that system components
cannot come into contact with or be sprayed by water.
The whirlpool must not be operated without cladding,
except for the trial run.
4. An inspection hatch must be provided close to the
technical components, as shown on the whirlpool
drawings. The inspection hatch may only be opened
with the proper tools. The dimensions of the hatch
must be as shown, so that the technical components
can be inspected and removed if any maintenance is
required.
5. Leave a gap of 3-4 mm between the edge of the whirl-
pool and the fl oor for a silicone seal (follow the manu-
facturer's instructions).
6. Warning: Compliance with the DIN standard (sound
insulation in buildings) also requires the installation of
a Hoesch wall connection profi le (article no. 6915).
