You do not use the whirlpool or you are absent (e.g. you
are leaving for a holiday)?
The whirlpool is equipped with a fi ltration mode described
above, as a result of which the whirlpool can even be left for
a longer period without direct supervision.
The following procedure must be adopted before longer
periods without supervision:
■ check the water level and, if necessary, top the water
up,
■ put the cover on and secure it against accidental
opening or sliding off.
In the event of your leaving the whirlpool without direct
supervision for a longer period on a planned basis, it is
advisable to empty the whirlpool and switch off the power
supply.

Getting ready to call the HOESCH customer service
centre
If removing defects by yourself has not been successful,
then before calling prepare the following information, so
that the customer service centre can fi nd a solution as
quickly as possible:
■ Product name/model signs
■ Article number
■ Factory number/serial number of the product (you will
fi nd it on the guarantee card, or on the control unit or
on the product itself)
