3.2. COMMODITY CATEGORY
Commodity category classify the commodities, serial number
can input from 1~29999, Commodity category include Cate-
gory2, serial number can input from 30000~59999, Category2
include Category3 the serial number can input >=60000
Click Commodity Category, Category2, Category3 enter into the
category setting menu
Click to add new main category
Click key to save data
Click key to return to main menu
Click to edit Commodity category information,
click to delete the Commodity category information
3.3. DEPARTMENT
Click Department enter into department menu
The serial number for department can input from 0001 ~ 9999
Click key to add new department name
Click key to save data
Click key to return to main menu
Click to edit department information,
click to delete department information.
Note: Only categories1 will be operational for the time being, the rest are reserved
for a future expansion of functions.
