Multi Mode

• Press and hold the < Group A > button to select
the Multi mode <
Group Buttons and adjust dial to set the number of
flashes, flash frenquency and power output. Press the
<SEL> button again to lock selection

Sync Modes

• Press and hold the < Group B > button to select the
High Speed sync <
• Press and hold the < Group B > button again to go
back to normal sync
Ensure that high speed sync is also enabled in the
camera by setting the flash sync speed to 1/320's (Auto
FP) or 1/250's (Auto FP). Refer to camera manual for
more info
