14 Options
14.1 Robot interface
The available robot interfaces are RI 1000, RI 2000 and RI 3000, which support all common robot models.
14.1.1 iROB RI 1000 and iROB RI 2000
The robot interfaces RI 1000 and RI 2000 are simple, analog interfaces with a limited number of analog
and digital inputs and outputs. The signals are transmitted to the robot via a 64-pin HAN plug using the X55
interface.
Please observe the following instruction leaflets:
• BEI.0124.0 RI 1000
• BEI.0123.0 RI 2000
NOTICE
• Observe the scaling of the wire feeder speed.
• Please observe the operating instructions of the robot control.
14.1.2 iROB RI 3000
The robot interface RI 3000 can be equipped with all common fieldbus systems.
Please observe the following instruction leaflets:
• BEI.0128.0 RI 3000
Scaling of the wire feeder speed
Depending on the wire diameter and the selected characteristic, it may be necessary to carry out a scaling
of the wire feeder speed in the robot.
This information can be found in the operating instructions of the relevant robot manufacturer.
