03. INSTRUCTIONS FOR VACUUM SEALING.
1. Connect the vacuum sealer to the mains and
turn on.
2. We recommend waiting around 15 seconds
for the machine to heat up before beginning to
seal the first item.
3. Place the product you want to keep vacuum
packed in a bag for vacuum packaging of the
appropriate size, leaving at least 4.5 cm between
the edge of the bag and the food.
4. Lift the lid (0). Unroll the bag and place the
strip to be sealed on the non-stick sealing bar (7),
making sure that it is centred within the margins
of the vacuum chamber (6).
5. Lower the lid and press on the sides to secure
it, the system is properly closed when you hear
a "click" on each side. With the pressure from
the closing system, the bag is locked within the
vacuum chamber. If you wish to open the upper
lid once it has been closed, press the two opening
buttons (3) simulta-neously and gently pull the lid
up.
6. Modes of Packaging:
"NORMAL", function for generic foods.
"LIGHT", this function is especially useful when
vacuum packing fra-gile products or ones you do
not wish to squash, such as: pastries, cakes, fish,
etc...
Press the "VAC&SEAL" button and the pressure
exerted by the machine's "easy closing system"
will be sufficient to begin compressing the bag
on activation of the vacuum pump. There may
be a situation where the vacuum gaskets (5) are
deteriorated by use, expiry or improper storage.
In this case, the bag will not fit correctly locked
inside the vacuum chamber. If this happens, we
advise you to replace the vacuum gaskets.
7. This model of vacuum sealer is designed for
operation with an automatic programme. Upon
pressing the "VAC&SEAL" button, the vacuum sea-
ler begins an automatic sealing sequence, chan-
ging automatically between the air suction and
the sealing stages.
8. The bag sealing process can also be started
manually by pressing the "SEAL" button. If you
need to cancel the sealing process, press the
"STOP" button.
9. Sealing Level Modes:
"SEAL", this function is indicated for use with dry
foods, vegetables..etc.

"SEAL
", this function increases the sealing time
for fresh foods and / or cold ambient conditions
that require that require an additional sealing
time.
10. The machine stops automatically once sea-
ling is finished, press the two opening buttons (3)
simulta-neously and gently pull the lid up.
NOTE
In order to avoid the presellado effect, we re-
commend intervals of 4 seconds between each
packaging.
