16.2 Cleaning

The use of solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners leads to damage to the
machine!
Therfore:
Bare surfaces of the machine against corrosion impregnate ( with anti-rust WD40 )

16.3 Disposal

Do not dispose of the machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for
information regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local
dealer for a replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old

 Warped workpiece
 Workpiece is wrong centered
 Loosen pulley
 Outworn pulley
 Turning lathe is on uneven surface
 Loosen tail- or headstock
 Too much speed
 bad sharpened chisel
 Wrong chisel for this work
 Wrong adjustment of tool rest

 Repair power supply

 Push in the circuit button
 Change material
 Measure the center newly
 Tighten the pulley
 Change pulley
 Level the surface
 Tighten
 Adjust speed
 Sharpen the chisel
 Select the right chisel
 Adjust the high and the
distance of the tool rest
