Air Storage / Unit Expansion

connectIng the WaLL Mount aIr coMPressor unIt to the
8 gaLLon 2-In-1 tank (et200000)
Relieve all pressure from the Wall Mount Air Compressor BEFORE
removing any fittings or plugs from the unit.
Unplug the wall mount air compressor. Open the easy tank drain valve by turning the
knob fully counterclockwise to relieve all pressure from the air compressor. Check tank
gauge to ensure the psi inside the tank is zero (0).
Remove the 3/8 inch plug from the threaded fitting of the wall mount air compressor
using a 5/16 inch hex wrench. If the tank will be located on the left side of the wall
mount air compressor, remove the plug from the left side of the tank. If the tank will be
located on the right side of the wall mount air compressor, remove the plug of the right
side of the tank. Remove the double check plug from the double check coupler located
at the end of the double check valve assembly of the 2-in-1 tank. Insert the double
check plug into the threaded opening that you just removed the 3/8 inch plug from.
Tighten the double check plug with an 11/16 inch wrench. Complete the connection be
reattaching the double check coupler onto te newly installed double check plug. When
this connection is made air will automatically flow from the wall mount air compressor
tank into the 2-in-1 tank. This will allow the 2-in-1 tank to become pressurized.
Close the easy tank drain valve by turning the knob fully clockwise. Plug in the wall
mount air compressor and turn the power on. The wall mount air compressor tank and
the 2-in-1 tank should both begin to pressurize. Once the pressure reaches the preset
maximum the compressor will automatically shut off. The 2-in-1 tank is now ready for
use. With the 2-in-1 tank connected to the wall mount air compressor the volume of
stored air is your system will be increased. The 2-in-1 tank can also be disconnected
from the wall mount air compressor to be utilized as a portable air tank.
