Replacing servo drive

Danger!
Disconnect the system from the power supply!

Shut off water supply.

Open the controller housing using a flat-headed screwdriver.

Disconnect the servo drive in question and pull the cable out of
the controller.
Cable black No. 1 Terminal No. 17
Cable orange No. 5 Terminal No. 18
Cable white No. 3 Terminal No. 19
Cable red No. 2 Terminal No. 20

Loosen the clamping screws.

Pull the servo drive with retaining plate from the quarter turn stop valve.
Pull the retaining plate from the drive.
Push the retaining plate onto the new drive.
Install the servo drive in the reverse order.
Attention!
Install the servo drive in the valve Position
„closed"!
The servo drive must be in position 1.
Note!
The servo drive
can be adjusted by
Pressing the (black)
release button.
