P is coded into 8 bits on a range from 0 to 255 bars.
t is coded into 8 bits, in minutes, in relative according to the previous sample. The first sample of each
segment (descentP_drift, descentP_profile, ascent) is dated at 0; it is dated in absolute by the information
of the technical message.

For each complete set of CTD, DO and transmittance messages sent, the technical message is sent once.
