Note: According to the type of disc used, replace the support flange nut as shown on fig.7.
- Tighten the flange nut using the same pin wrench while pressing on the spindle lock button.
- Ensure that the disc is assembled and tightened correctly before use:
- Release the spindle lock button then check that the fitted disc rotates smoothly.
- connect tool to mains and operate the tool with no load for at least 30s in a stable position.
- Ensure that the blotters are used when they are provided with the agglomerated abrasive tools or when
they are required.
- Check that protective guard is placed in the correct position and that it does not move.
- Immediately stop operating the tool if strong vibrations or any other defect is detected.

CAUTION!
- Do not to use dented or defective discs
- Ensure that the dimensions of the disc correspond to those which are indicated on the tool's rating plate
and that the disc is perfectly fits the dimensions of the shaft.
- The maximum thickness is 3mm for an abrasive disc and 2mm for a diamond disc.
- The maximum size of disc is 125mm
- The rated speed on the disc must be higher than the rated speed of the grinder
4.5- Switch On/Off
To operate product, press on switch.
To stop product, release the switch.
a) Flange, b) Flange Nut
1. For thick abrading crown discs
The protruding ring of the flange nut (b) must face inwards
(into the hole of the disc).
2. For thin abrading crown discs
The protruding ring of the flange nut (b) must face outwards.
3. For thin and flat discs.
