Troubleshooting

To save the cost of a service call, please try the suggestions below to see if you can solve your problem
without outside help.
Causes
• T he power switch is released.
• P ower supply failure.
• T he fuse is burnt.
• I t doesn't reach the setting time for starting
up.
Causes
• I t is not four minutes after switch off.
• R oom temperature is lower than the
setting temperature under cooling mode
or higher than setting temperature under
heating mode.
Causes
• M istakes in temperature setting.
• T he air filter is blocked by dust.
• T he air inlet or outlet of machine is blocked.
• T urn the air conditioner on in very hot room.
• C ooling capacity is insufficient.
• T he doors or windows are open.

Air condition will not operate
Unit doesn't start when pressing On/Off button

Solutions
• S witch on the power.
• W ait for the recovery of power supply.
• R eplace the fuse.
• W ait or eliminate the original setting.
Solutions
• W ait four minutes.
• R eset the setting temperature.
Solutions
• S et a proper temperature, setting
temperature should be lower than ambient
temperature.
• C lean the air filter.
• R emove the obstruction.
• A llow additional time to remove stored heat
from walls, ceiling, floor and furniture.
• R econfirm the required cooling capacity
with your dealer.
• C lose the doors and windows.
