Weekly cleaning
Carefully clean all external parts of the oven with a damp cloth and a delicate detergent.
Do not use abrasive sponges.

Monthly cleaning
Lubricate the door pins and spring with a non-toxic grease spray.
To access the spring open the left side panel.

Annual cleaning
1. Using a vacuum cleaner clean the inside of the cooking chamber;
2. Clean all the ventilation outlets positioned on the front, side and rear parts of the oven;
3. Remove the right side panel and, with a vacuum cleaner, completely blow out the inside of the controls
compartment, being careful not to damage the components and electrical wiring.

Non-routine maintenance for specialised technicians

For any intervention not within the competence of the user, the intervention of a specialized technician must be requested.
Contact your dealer and/or your area customer service department.
Before performing any maintenance operations, disconnect from the power supply and follow the "Safety precautions".

Light bulb replacement

Once the "Safety precautions" have been carried out, ensure:
• To never replace a bulb when the oven is hot;
• Wait for the oven to cool down.
• Do not touch the bulb with your hands, always use gloves, a piece of paper or a cloth, in order to avoid damaging it
and as a consequence reducing the life of the bulb;
Replace the bulb as follows:
• Unscrew the bulb safety cap situated inside the cooking chamber;
• Remove and replace the light bulb;
• Screw the safety cap back on.

Replacing the temperature probe

Once the "Safety precautions" have been carried out replace the probe as follows:
• Remove the right side panel;
• Disconnect the probe from the power board inside the electrical system compartment;
• Unscrew the probe anchoring screws situated inside the chamber;
• Remove the probe from inside the chamber;
• Replace the probe, putting it back into the chamber interior;
• Carry out the operations in reverse to re-assemble, being careful to properly connect the poles of the probe (see
wiring diagram).

Replacing the door window

Once the "Safety precautions" have been carried out, replace the door window as follows:
• Unscrew the anchoring screws of the screen door and remove it, being careful not to allow the glass to fall;
• Replace the glass and check if it is necessary to replace the door seal;
• Carry out the operations in reverse for assembly.

Replacing the door spring

Once the "Safety precautions" have been carried out replace the door spring as follows:
• Remove the left side panel;
• Unscrew the nut on the spring screw to release it;
• Replace the spring, fixing it onto the rotating wheel, adjust the tension of the spring using the fixing nut on the screw;
• Re-assemble the side panel.

Resistor replacement

Once the "Safety precautions" have been carried out replace the door resistors as follows:
• To replace the top element resistors remove the right side panel;
