What if something goes wrong?
Water is dripping from the
steam pipe 6.
The window 2 opens but will
not close.
During the descaling
procedure, no liquid runs
out out of nozzle 10 into the
collecting vessel.

If the fault message lights up again after the appliance is put back into operation,
the hotline must be contacted.
● Place a vessel under nozzle 10.

● Finally press

● Set the ON/OFF switch 17 to 0. After approx. 5 sec.,
switch to I once more.
● If the window does not move, or opens and fails to
close properly, it can be carefully slid shut by hand.
● Break off the descaling procedure with the button
(Stand by). Remove the nozzle 10 and the adapter 8,
and clean them thoroughly (scale residue). Refit both
parts and repeat the descaling procedure from the
start as directed.


Set the ON/OFF switch 17 to 0, as soon as one of the
fault codes F1 through F10 lights up.
Set the ON/OFF switch 17 to 0, and after about 15
seconds reset to I once again.
Set ON/OFF switch 17 to 0 and proceed as follows:
A capsule may have become jammed in the vicinity of
the brewing unit.
Remove and empty the capsule container 13.
● Pull the coffee dispenser 14 and the capsule holder
15 forwards out of their seating (Fig. 8). It should be
possible to see the capsule, which may be carefully
pushed backwards, using a spoon. Once the capsule
has been removed, restart the appliance.
● If the fault code is still lit, set the ON/OFF switch 17 to
0, and then back to I again after about 5 seconds (it
may be necessary to repeat this procedure).

Check the capsule holder 15, and mount correctly.
