A. Bodyjet is blocked.
B. Bodyjet butterfly valve wiring
loose/damaged, or butterfly valve
is faulty.
C. Not enough water in footbath
basin (pump cavitates).
D. Keypad does not work.
E. Control does not work.
A. Waterfall is blocked.
B. Waterfall wiring loose/damaged
or butterfly valve faulty.
C. Not enough water in footbath
basin (pump cavitates).
D. Keypad does not work.
E. Control does not work.
A. Loose or damaged wiring.
B. Power supply for lighting does
not work.
A. GFCI or ELCB has tripped.
B. Motor overheated and protection
device activated.
A. Timer mechanism accidentally
deactivated.
A. Not enough water in footbath
basin (pump cavitates).
A. Remote not programmed.

A. Remove blockage.
B. Identify source of fault and
correct or replace wiring or
butterfly valve. Check all wiring.

C. Fill basin 3" (7.6 cm) over top of
suction cover.
D. Replace keypad. Refer to
installer/dealer.
E. Replace control. Refer to
installer/dealer.
