Problem
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
The device does not
brew any coffee.
Water runs out of the
device. / The coffee
jug (9) overfl ows.
The coffee runs very
slowly into the jug.

Possible cause
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
No error can be identifi ed.
The permanent fi lter (13) or
the coffee bean compartment
(3) is not fi lled with coffee
powder or coffee beans.
The water tank is empty.
The Start / Stopp
(start / stop) button (19) has
not been pressed.
The device overheating pro-
tection was activated.
There is too much water in
the water tank (7).
There is too much coffee
powder in the permanent
fi lter.
The permanent fi lter or fi lter
insert (12) is not inserted
correctly.
The drip stop is blocked.
The device is furred up.
Fix
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
Contact our customer service
department.
Fill in the desired amount
of coffee beans or coffee
powder.
Fill the water tank (see the
„Handling and Operati-
on" – „Filling the water tank"
chapter).
Start the device.
The device has overheating
protection which prevents the
device from being switched
on again directly after a
brewing process for safe-
ty reasons. Wait for a few
minutes until the device has
cooled down before you start
another brewing process.
Do not overfi ll the water tank!
Do not overfi ll the permanent
fi lter.
Adjust the position.
Clean the coffee outlet with
drip stop.
Descale the device (see the
"Cleaning and Care" – "Des-
caling" chapter).
