Minicap FTC 262
Safety notes for the installation in explosion hazardous areas:
1) Install according to the manufacturer's instructions and other valid standards and guidelines.
2) Observe the installation and safety instructions.
3) The level detector must not be operated outside of its electrical, thermal and mechanical
performance limits.
4) The intrinsically safe signal circuit is grounded: for this reason potentials must be equalised
along the route of the cable (inside and outside of the explosion hazardous area).
5) After mounting and connecting the sensor, check that a degree of protection of at least IP 66
to EN 60529 has been attained (screw lid tight, mount cable glands correctly).
