A Winding the movement: unscrew the crown
and turn the crown clockwise. If the watch has stopped,
approx. 30 turns will give enough power to provide
sufficient accuracy.

Important: do not use quick correction between
10:00 and 02:00; doing so may result in
damage to the calendar mechanism.

DATE SETTING

Ulysse Nardin quick correction of the date can be effected back-
ward and forward.
Important note : To avoid damaging the gearing mechanism of the
movement, please do not change the date when the hour hand is
set between 10:00 and 02:00.
We suggest adjusting the hour hand at 6 o'clock before activating
the quick setting device in position B. Set the date on yesterday and
then turn the hour hand (position C) clockwise, passing by midnight.
The date will then correctly be set and you will be sure that the hour
hand is showing either AM or PM.
Push back and screw the crown to guarantee full water resistance.
TIME SETTING
Unscrew and pull the crown out to position C. To allow accurate
setting, the second hand will stop (stop seconds function). Make
sure the hands are properly showing either am or pm, otherwise the
date will change at noon instead of midnight. Push back and screw
the crown to guarantee full water resistance.
PRECISION
Precision and average daily rate depend on the activity of the
person wearing the instrument. Violent shocks or knocks should
be avoided to prevent shaking that may loosen certain parts.
