De-scale the boiler at regular intervals (if necessary). To
do so, unscrew the drain plug (16) from under the
machine. Fig. 20.
This procedure should only be carried out one hour
after switch-off, when the machine is cool and is no
longer pressurised (check manometer).
•Fill the boiler with 10 ml descaler together with 0,5 l
water. (Fig. 21)
• Start the appliance switching the heating element on
and let it work for about 3 minutes at least.
•Switch the appliance off and let the product act for
about 15 minutes then your appliance is ready to be used.
There is no need to rinse the boiler after descaling unless
you want to use it for ironing.
Only in this case it is necessary to rinse the boiler.
•Remember to renew periodically the discaling
procedure evry 100 working hours depending on the
use of the appliance.
