Connecting the nozzle (g) and small brushes (q).
For removing very stubborn dirt, use the nozzle with the small
brus. Switch on the steam while simultaneously working with the
small brush to loosen the dirt.
Then, stop the steam and use the vacuum function to vacuum
up the dirt. To remove the small brush from the nozzle (g), simply
pull the brush. Fig.9.
The nozzle is especially suitable for the cleaning of:
- Aluminium or PVC window frames
- Radiators
- Sinks and wash basins
- Interior surfaces of shower stalls
- Tile joints on vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Connecting the textiles tool (b) and window wiper (c)
To clean armchairs, mattresses, and fabric surfaces, use the textile
tool (b), using the steam function and then the vacuum function
to vacuum up the steam and dirt. For the cleaning of glass and
small hard surfaces, attach the window wiper (c) to the textiles
tool (b), Fig. 10, by sliding the window wiper on the tool (b) in
the direction shown in the illustration.
Connecting the hose (d) to the multi-function cleaner
- Flick the accessory socket door (10) wide open and fit the
quick connection of the hose (d) to the socket on the front of
the appliance. Press the connection in as far as it will go.
- Close the accessory socket door (10) so that is rests on the
body of the quick connection and check that the two elements
are properly engaged. (Fig. 11)
Connecting the blower
The air that is blown out through the blower enables you to perform different tasks such as gathering
the leaves in the garden and removing the dust from areas that simply cannot be reached with the
other accessories. To connect the blower:
- Remove the wastewater container (2) and the cover (1) from the appliance. Fig. 12
- Remove the blowing cap. Fig. 12 bis
- Introduce the blower as shown in the illustration. Fig. 13
- Introduce the hose (d) as described in the section called "connecting the hose".
