Cleaning
1. Place the rear power switch in position « 0 » and unplug it pulling out
the plug.

2. Remove the handle by lifting from the front.
3. Remove cover lifting it upwards and separating it from the peel
bucket.

4. Disassemble the tap and coaster.
5. Dismantle grating-filter and tank assembly, by pulling the bucket
upwards, following which they should come apart easily.
Attention: Do not touch the sharp points of the grater.
All these components are dishwasher safe. Clean the outside of the
machine using a soft cloth soaked with water and soap suitable for
dishes, rinsing with a cloth dampened with clean water to remove
soap traces.
Remember: To prevent the pulp from drying between uses, slowly pour
a jug of water through the feeding tube with the machine in operation.
