Assembly of a linear unit

The linear unit can be assembled:
 using mounting brackets (KAO brackets)
 using mounting brackets (KAO brackets) and adapter plate.
The tube section must always be fastened to level surfaces.
Standard parallelism <0.01mm/100mm.
4.1 Attachment using mounting brackets
(WB 40, WB 60)
The linear units are fastened using mounting brackets (KAO brackets) on the aluminium tube
section.
The linear unit must be aligned to suit the requirements of the specific application.

Choose a number of support points to suit the load.
Depending on the height of the load, reduce dimensions A and B.
The following procedure is suggested:
1. Figs 6 and 7:
Loosen the relevant mounting bracket.
2. Align the linear unit/mounting bracket accordingly and fasten it again.
3. If necessary:
Loosen further mounting brackets and repeat the procedure.
