  • Page 10 2.-USO Recomendaciones previas Es conveniente llamar a un instalador cualificado para instalar el aparato y llegado el caso, para adaptarlo para utilizar otro tipo de gas. Este aparato es únicamente de uso profesional y debe ser utilizado por personal cualificado. IMPORTANTE: Las piezas que han sido protegidas por el fabricante, no deben ser manipuladas por el instalador y, o el usuario.

  • Page 27 3.-WARTUNG Erste Reinigung Vor der Installation des Gerätes und vor dem Einsetzen des Frittierbeckens sollte dieses mit einer Mischung aus Wasser und Spülmittel gefüllt werden, die dann während einiger Minuten zum Kochen gebracht wird. Anschliessend kann das Frittierbecken geleert und mehrfach nachgespült werden, um die Seifenreste gründlich zu entfernen. Tägliche Reinigung Um das Gerät stets im optimalen Zustand zu halten, sollten folgende Anweisungen befolgt werden: Zur Reinigung dürfen weder sandhaltige noch scheuernde Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden.

    1.-INSTALLATION Positioning and levelling The positioning and electrical and gas installation should always be carried out by an AUTHORISED TECHNICIAN, observing the standards of each country. It is advisable to install an extraction hood for the optimum operation of the appliance. Put the appliance in a sufficiently ventilated room, in accordance with the current regulations, to prevent the formation of unacceptable concentrations of harmful substances in its installation site.
