preparations.

A number of preparatory steps must be performed before whipping/mixing.

For best results, use a pacotizing beaker cooled in the refrig-
erator to about 2-4 °C.

Fill the pacotizing beaker with liquids only and add
the desired ingredients and spices.
Insert the pacotizing beaker into the protective outer
beaker.
Note
Damage to property caused by incorrect
filling of the pacotizing beaker!
When whipping/mixing, the pacotizing beaker
must not be filled by more than half.
Remember that the food preparation could
potentially expand during processing.
Only fill with liquid foods
Never process solid or tough food in the "whip-
ping/mixing" mode, as this may damage the
PACOJET basic appliance.
Turn on the PACOJET basic appliance so that it is
ready to use.
