Using the Pacojet Coupe Set

Risk of injury due to incorrect handling of the 2-/4-blade knife!
Never touch the sharp edges of the the 2-/4-blade knife (1, 2).
Only handle the 2-/4-blade knife by the blade head (6) or by using the
knife tongs (4)

• Before using the Pacojet Coupe Set, ensure that the processing tool is compatible
with the PACOJET basic appliance .
• Never operate the appliance with accessory parts of other types of the Pacojet series
(e.g. Pacojet 1 and 2 or Pacojet Junior).

preparations.

A number of preparatory steps must be performed before chopping/cutting.
