While working with food, always observe hygiene standards and comply with any legal stan-
dards concerning food preparation.
Only ever process fresh, unfrozen, boneless food.
For this reason, you must ensure rapid processing of the food to prevent it from spoiling and
posing a health risk.
Only ever process (boneless) food in the machine. Other materials are expressly prohibited.

Read the following safety notes in full to prevent injury and damage. Do not use the Pacojet
Coupe Set until you have read and understood these notes.
In the event of uncertainty or questions, please contact your PACOJET sales point before start-
ing to use the Pacojet Coupe Set
(see Chapter "11. Customer service" on page 42).
General safety
3.1
• The Pacojet Coupe Set may only be used in accordance with the
instructions in this operating manual as well as the specifications
in the operating instructions of the respective device type of the
PACOJET basic appliance being used. Failure to observe this manu-
al can result in injuries, damage to the PACOJECT basic appliance,
and/or contamination of the food being processed.
• The supplied accessory parts may only ever be used for the purpos-
es described in this User Manual.
• Use the components of the Pacojet Coupe Set exclusively with
the respective intended device type of the PACOJET model series
(e.g. Pacojet 1, Pacojet 2 or Pacojet 2 Plus).
• The Pacojet Coupe Set may only be used by persons who have been
instructed in how to operate it safely.
• The components of the Pacojet Coupe Set must be kept away from
and stored out of reach of children under the age of 16.
• The Pacojet Coupe Set may only be used by children over the age
of 16 and persons with limited physical, sensory, and mental ability
if they have been instructed in how to use it and are being super-
vised. They must understand the risks involved with the use.
• Do not allow children to play with the Pacojet Coupe Set. Cleaning
must not be carried out by children under the age of 16.
• Do not remove components of the Pacojet Coupe Set from the
PACOJET appliance during processing.
