For best results, use a pacotizing beaker cooled in the refrig-
erator to about 2-4 °C.

Note
Damage to property caused by incorrect
filling of the pacotizing beaker!
Never exceed the maximum fill
line (see marking).
Remember that the food preparation could
potentially expand during processing.
Fill the pacotizing beaker with fresh, boneless,
unfrozen food only.
Turn on the PACOJET basic appliance so that it is
ready to use.
Please refer to the instructions in the
User Manual for your PACOJET basic
appliance.
Note
Material damage caused by incorrect
attachment of the 2-/4-blade knife with
splash guard!
Never attach the combination of the 2-/4-blade
knife and splash guard to the protective outer
beaker / pacotizing beaker before processing.
This can result in damage to the PACOJET basic
appliance and its accessories.
Always attach the combination of the
2-/4-blade knife and splash guard to the
magnetic knife holder before attaching the
protective outer beaker.
