Zur Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Funktion
und zur eigenen Sicherheit sind alle nachstehen-
den Vorschriften genau durchzulesen und zu
beachten.
EMPFANG
Die Sendung sofort bei Lieferung auf Beschädigungen
und Typenrichtigkeit prüfen. Falls Schäden vorliegen,
umgehend Schadensmeldung unter Hinzuziehung des
Transportunternehmens veranlassen. Bei nicht frist-
gerechter Reklamation gehen evtl. Ansprüche verloren.
Bei Weiterversand ist zu prüfen, ob die Verpackung
für Transportart und -weg geeignet ist. Schäden, deren
Ursache in unsachgemäßem Transport, Einlagerung
oder Inbetriebnahme liegen, sind nachweisbar und
unterliegen nicht der Gewährleistung.
EINSATZBEREICH
Fenstereinbausatz für Helios Ventilatoren HVR 150..
in Einfach- und Doppelfenster (Verbundfenster kann
ungehindert geöffnet werden) sowie Platten mit einer
Dicke von 2–40 mm.
LIEFERUMFANG
Außenblende bestehend aus Gittereinsatz, Blenden-
rahmen und Befestigungsplatte. Schaumstoffauflage,
Dichtung, Distanzflansch schmal und breit je 3 x, teil-
weise verschraubt, Zugschalter, Zugentlastung, An-
schlußlitze, Schrauben.
ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS
Der elektrische Anschluß darf nur von einer autorisier-
ten Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden. Die ein-
schlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen (wie VDE
0100, VDE 0530 und VDE 0700 sowie die TAB's der
EVU's und UVV) sind einzuhalten. Netzspannung und
Frequenz müssen mit den Angaben des Motorlei-
stungsschildes übereinstimmen.
Die Einführung der Zuleitung so vornehmen, daß bei
Wasserbeaufschlagung kein Eindringen entlang der
Leitung ermöglicht wird. Leitung nie über scharfe
Kanten führen.
Achtung: Alle Arbeiten sind im spannungsfreien Zu-
stand durchzuführen.
EINBAUVORBEREITUNG
Den Scheibenausschnitt Ø 178 (+2) mm durch einen
Glaser vornehmen lassen. Abstand vom Fenster-
rahmen mind. 120 mm (abgedichteter Glasausschnitt
bauseits zu erstellen).
Achtung: Die Scheiben dürfen nicht unter Spannung
stehen, ggf. auskitten. Bei Doppelscheiben ist darauf
zu achten, daß die beiden Scheibenausschnitte kon-
zentrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.

RECEIPT
Please check the consignment immediately on receipt
for correct contents and possible damage. If damaged,
please notify the carrier. Delay in notification may
invalidate the warranty.
Goods to be forwarded must be adequately packed
and protected to ensure safe transportation. Damages
due to incorrect transportation, storage, installation
or operation are not covered by our warranty.
OPERATION/USE
Mounting kit for Helios fan HVR 150.. fitted in windows
with secondary double-glazing, single pane windows
or panels (2mm - 40mm thickness). Fitting this type
of fan does not restrict the opening of the window.
CONTENTS
External fascia (consisting of grille frame, grille and
mounting plate), foam rubber gasket, seal, spacer
frames (3 x narrow and 3 x wide - some assembled),
pull cord switch, wire, cable clamp, screws, cut-out
template.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical connections must be carried out by a
qualified electrician in accordance with the appropriate
wiring diagram. All national and local safety and
installation regulations must be observed. The
installation and operating instructions for the fan unit
must also be followed.
Seal the cable entry so that water cannot enter along
the cable into the casing. Do not lay the cable over
sharp edges.
Warning: All work must be carried out with the
equipment fully isolated from the power supply.
MOUNTING PREPARATIONS
The hole in the window pane (s) should be cut to ø
178 mm (+2), with a minimum distance of 120 mm
from the window frame. A template for the cut-out is
enclosed with the window kit.
Warning: The glass should not be under tension, if
necessary use putty. For double glazed units it is im-
portant that the cut-outs are aligned.

RÉCEPTION
Dès réception vérifier l´état et la conformité du matériel
commandé. En cas d´avaries, faire les réclamations
d'usage auprès du transporteur.
Attention: Pas de remarques à temps, pas de re-
cours.
Les dommages dus à de mauvaises conditions de
transport, à des stockages défectueux ou à une utili-
sation anormale sont sujets à vérification et contrôle
et entraînent la suppression de notre garantie.
DOMAINE D'APPLICATION
Kit de montage sur vitre pour ventilateurs Helios HVR
150.. sur fenêtre simple et double vitrage (la vitre
feuilletée peut être ouverte sans problème), ainsi que
sur plaques minces d´épaisseur 2-40 mm.
CONTENU DE LA LIVRAISON
Cache extérieur composé d´une grille, d´un cadre de
protection et d´une plaque de fixation. Joint
d´étanchéité en mousse, joint, entretoises d´écarte-
ment (3x large, 3x étroite) en partie boulonnées, in-
terrupteur à tirette, collier de blocage, toron, vis de
fixation.
BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE
Le branchement électrique est à réaliser selon le
schéma de connexion correspondant. Il doit être ef-
fectué par un électricien qualifié. Les consignes de
sécurité ainsi que les normes standards nationales
doivent être respectées. Il est aussi impératif de res-
pecter les indications des instructions d´installation.
Le passage du câble d'alimentation doit être effectué
de telle sorte qu'un éventuel filet d'eau ne puisse pas
s'infiltrer le long du câble au-dessus d'objets cou-
pants.
Attention: Tous les travaux doivent être effectués
hors tension.
PRÉPARATION DE MONTAGE
Faire effectuer par un vitrier une découpe de 178 (+2)
mm Ø dans la vitre. Distance minimale du bord de la
fenêtre: 120 mm. Un garbarit pour la découpe de la
vitre est joint.
Attention: Les vitres ne doivent pas subir de con-
traintes ou de tensions. En cas de double vitrage,
s'assurer que l'axe des découpes correspond.
