PULSEMIG 300-T2
Same settings in Pulse mode (PLS). See previous paragraph for more details. There are extra phases
specific to the PIP (Pulse In Pulse) mode :
I cold : current proportion for the background current phase.
Delta U Cold : acts on the arc length during the cold phase.
THigh : current proportion for the welding current (main/hot phase).
TPulse : phase duration.
Can also adjust the pulse frequency on the welding curve (using the control panel).
There are phases of: pre gas, creep speed, Hot start, Crater filler and post gas.
BurnBack High : can remove the wire cut pulse, useful for thin sheets.
As with the PRO interface the top part of the screen allows you to select
the wire diameter, gas-metal combination, welding process (standard,
pulse, manual) and trigger mode (2T, 4T).
The icon
allows you to enter the secondary menu of EASY interface.
To enter the welding process menu, you must access PRO interface and
click on the
icon.
With the EASY interface, the operator will have access to two parameters:
Metal thickness
and arc length
The Spot mode allows the user to score the metal by adjusting the length of
the point. The Delay mode (or spot and delay) allows the operator to adjust
the welding time of the point and the delay between two points for chain
stitch welding (Available only with EASY interface).
