Sprayer does not shut off
1. Perform Pressure Relief Procedure. Leave circulation
switch open and power switch OFF.
Troubleshooting Procedure
Connect an pressure gauge between the
device and the paint hose; connect the
sprayer to the power and set the on/off switch
to ON. Does sprayer reach or exceed its
maximum pressure?
YES
Disconnect the pressure sensor from the con-
trol board. Does motor stop running?
YES
Faulty pressure sensor. Replace and test with
a new one.
2. Remove control box cover so the control board status
light can be viewed if available.
Mechanical problem: See the proper fluid
pump manual for the sprayer for further trou-

Replace the control board.
