The height A of the exhaust cross-section (Fig. 7)
should not be less than 130 mm. If this height is
not possible because of installation conditions,
it may be reduced to 80 mm. However, this will
increase both energy consumption and the noise
level.
If the height of the exhaust cross-section is less
than 130 mm, we recommend that an exhaust
duct is fitted to the rear of the appliance to
dissipate the warm air.
If the height adjustment of the rollers is set to "0"
and the aforementioned height of the exhaust
cross-section is taken into account, the smallest
possible base height S is 100 mm (see Fig. 7).
To allow proper opening of the doors, the built-in
kitchen units must be flat.
The IK 300 doors have an opening angle of 108°
and overlap the kitchen unit front, as shown in
Fig. 8.
This opening angle can only be achieved if the
thickness of the decorative doors does not
exceed 21 mm.
When using thicker decorative doors (up to
24 mm), the opening angle must be adjusted by
means of the hinge. The opening angle can be
reduced by means of the screw in the hinge
(Fig. 9).
If necessary, the opening angle of the
refrigerator door can be reduced to a setting of
96°. In contrast, the opening angle of the fresh
cooling compartment can be reduced to 90°
without difficulty by adjustement on the hinges.
