7.2 Removing system components

If the LIPROTEC-EASY system is to be removed, we recommend leaving the LED modules in
an installed state. If the LED modules are to be replaced, there are various Schlüter
available for selection to this end. Note the following points in relation to removal:
• After disassembling the components, the function of the sealing layer must still be en-
sured.
• The power supply and Bluetooth receiver must remain installed on a permanent basis.
Disconnecting plug connections
To prevent plug connections from coming loose unintentionally, a lug is fitted which snaps
into place when the connectors are plugged together. Plug connections can be easily discon-
nected by pressing in the lug during disconnection.

The system components of the LIPROTEC-EASY system contain valuable
raw materials, some of which must not be allowed to enter the environ-
ment unprocessed.
– Never dispose of system components in household waste.
– Always take account of local disposal regulations. Arrange for disposal
to be carried out by specialist companies.
– With regard to disposal of the battery of the radio remote control, ob-
serve the instructions in the technical data ( » "Technical data for the
battery" on page 67).
